24" Walnut Wood Kitchenware Spoon

What would a kitchen be without wooden spoons! It takes quite a while to accumulate all the different spoons we need for our cooking experience to be complete. Anything cooks better being stirred with a wooden spoon. The flavor of the wood adds to the taste of the food in comparison of using a metal or plastic spoon. Maple and walnut are the two woods used in these spoons with either traditional round, flat, or slanted front styles to fit your cooking needs. They vary in lengths from 12?to 24? These wood spoons are thick, beefy and just about unbreakable. They are ready to be used at once. They are cut out by a computer controlled router system and then they are hand sanded. We also raise the grain and sand it off to prevent the spoon from getting all rough and scratchy. They are then treated with mineral oil and waxed with a very light coat of bee wax. The wood kitchenware spoons come with a leather lanyard so you can hang up the spoon from a pot rack or spoon rack.
