Nuts
We are  specialized in producing furniture nuts and threaded fastener nuts, a large-scale professional company integrating scientific research, manufacture and sale together. Our products include flange nut , hex nut and self-locking nut, the strength grades of them are 4 and 10. The phosphating treatment is applied to the surface of products and it looks black. The nut is galvanized with zinc and dacromet. With advanced equipments and complete facilities, our factory is undertaking the manufacturing , processing of all kinds of nuts and other standard parts, the material of them are mainly low carbon steel, medium carbon steel, stainless steel.


Torsion Bar
Remarks: Our factory produces high-quality torsion bars, distortion ratio of which is 0.5-2. The torsion bars are applied in heavy, light or medium trucks and cars, especially high strength alloy steel hollow torsion bars are widely adopted. Torsion bar is connected with torsion beam through the combination of conical involute spline and fastening nut, the connecting rod is of solid die forging, torsion bars each end is connected by self-lubricating joint bearings which is of low temperature resistant sealing structure. The products have merits of simple structure, little weight, high strength, high self-vibration frequency, safety, long service life and so on, and it is widely used in the bogie of high-speed train and quasi high-speed train.
