Steel Grade 8.8Made from carbon alloy steel, tempered, and can be black oil or zinc plated. Best suited for applications where high tensile strength and hardness are required. Stainless steel grade A2 (304) and A4 (316) are suitable for exterior applications due to the high corrosion resistance. A4 (316) grade has become the material of choice for most marine applications.Can be supplied with zinc (chrome effect) plating for a sharp look which will suit a variety of applications where a decorative look is required.
