These are customer design/drawings given to us which we then jointly develop to ensure that all parameters, including "special characteristics" (a QS9000 requirement) are fully satisfied. We work closely with the customer from the design stage right up to pre-launch, production run, acceptance and on-going quality assurance and delivery.
