We are a Small Run Specialist Manufacturer.

Metalian is an owner managed factory with 26 years manufacturing experience. Our skills include CAD drawing, CNC punching, cutting, rolling and bending of flat sheet and profiles. Mig , stick, TIG and spot welding of stainless and mild steel. Metalian design and produce their own in-house production moulds and press tools. They also run three injection moulding machines. Basic joinery machines allows Metalian to machine and laminate solids for handrails and workbench tops.

We have the following in-house facilities.
-CNC Punching.
-Cutting and Bending up to 6mm.
-Eccentric Pressing up to 100 tons.
-Hydraulic Press up to 180 tons.
-Full Tool Room.
-We work with Stainless Steel and Mild Steel Sheets.
-We do injection moulding-Niche Components

What we can do:
Electrical Switchbox Enclosures
Security Enclosures
Draw in AutoCad and manufacture from such drawings.
CNC punch sheet metal up to 6 mm in thickness.
Cut and bend sheet metal and plate up to 6mm.
Eccentric pressing up to 100 tons.
Hydraulic pressing up to 180 tons.
Process steel tube and solids.Welding in stick, mig, tig and spot welding.
Full in-house tool room facility.
