Our clamps test certificates can be avaliable on request. Our facilities also produces EARTH LINK BOX, for up to 132kV. power cables protection application. The earth link box are tested to be IP68 and have tested for DC, Impulse as well as Short Circuit test of 25 kA for 3 seconds.
We are able to manufacture large quantities in very short time as we have our own moulds and efficient machineries in our facilities. We are able to do custom design parts made from Aluminum for our customers.
We supply both the 2 Hole and Trefoil Aluminum clamps of various models to suit individual cables size. We are able to supply clamps with EPOXY Coating for chemical and harsh enviroments as well as clamps for SEAWATER application such as Oil & Gas Industries, using different grade of aluminum ingots. We do not use recycle aluminum in our production of our products.
Trefoil & 2 Hole Aluminum cable clamp are tested to BS EN 50368: 2003 and manufatured using pure virgin aluminum ingot in our facilities which is ISO9001:2000 certified.
