Goldfire Plate Clamps

We are currently adding to our standard range by including rail and rail nuts; group plates to facilitate various configurations and also a Heavy Duty Plates to sizes 3 ? using 10mm plate.

In bringing our Plate clamps to market we have ensured that they are fully intermixable with other major suppliers product and meet at least the same technical criteria. We also include sizes on both insert and plates for ease of identification.

To ensure highest quality, all inserts are made in house using virgin polypropylene and polyamide. The proof of the materials is that we supply an extensive colour range, as most regrind material would only be available in black. We can supply in any colour and have ex stock all colours in line with Australian Gas Association colour specification up to 1 inch thus allowing easy identification of various gases in line with current O.H.S practices. To further enhance the quality of the insert we continually diamond polish all dies ensuring the inserts has a shiny finish and not a dull aspect. The benefits of this type of finish compared to matt/porous finish are two-fold in that it inhibits passage of oil / grease and chemicals that may break down insert and also allows easier cleaning of the overall system.

We have currently made these clamps in materials of MS and 304 Stainless Steel. With material dimensions 30x3/5mm. The configuration consist of both single and double tube and pipe sizes from ? to 4 inch - 6 to 102mm for single runs and ? to 1? - 6 to 42mm in doubles.

To facilitate the requirements of our customers we have also added a range of Plate Clamps. In standard format these consist of top plate and threaded bottom plate bolted together with a plastic type insert encasing the tube or pipe. The advantages of these types of clamps are they cushion surges throughout the system thus reducing noise and stress overall.
