Steel welding wire SV-08 G2S ( foreign analogue - SG 3 AWS A5.18: ER70S-6)is produced acc. to GOST 2246-7 and TU U 28.7-22637063011:2005

Factory produces heat-treated wire in 100 kg coils. Outer diameter of coil is 700mm, inside diameter is 530 mm.

elongation not less 20% for dia above 2,5 mm;

elongation not less 15% for dia 1,6-2,5 mm;

point of maximum load is 290-490 N/mm2 for all diameters;

There are following mechanical properties of heat-treated wire 1.6-6.0mm in diameter:

Heat-treated low-carbon steel wire used for general purpose is produced according to Gost 3282-74.Only dia1.6-6.0mm heat-treated black wire(dark surface with scale) can be produced by factory's equipment.

Wire of Sv-08, Sv-08A grades are used for production of welding electrodes. General purpose wire and welding wire are certified by UkrSEPRO. 

We produce low carbon steel wire of general quality made out of SV-08, SV-08A, St.0, St.1, St 2, St.3 (foreign analog is SAE 1006- SAE 1012) steel grades according to GOST 3282-74 of all degrees of deoxidation and 1.6-6.0 mm round welding wire made of, grades according to GOST 2246-70. Wires made out of St.0, St.1, St.2, St.3, grades are used for nail production, fence, and production packing. Tensile strength is 690-930 N/mm2 . Wire is supplied in 80-1000 kg coils. Coils are packed in thermocontractable film.

Characteristics of nails and other steel products:

We can supply zinc-coated nails on you request. Nails for asbestos-cement roofing are zinc-coated. Nails are supplied packed in 5, 25, 35kg, carton boxes or in 25 and 1000 kg polystyrene bags on wooden pallets. They can be additionally packed with polyethylene film. Other packages are available on customers request.
