They fit either left or right hand. Use one of these gloves on your non knife hand to avoid cuts when filleting or handling fish.
These filleting gloves are made from a stainless steel core yarn with a polyester covering. They are cut resistant but not puncture proof. They should not be used with serrated blade knives.
The best filleting glove we have found. Convenient and easy to clean. Available in 4 sizes S, M, L, X/L. The sizing is based on the circumference measurement of the palm between the fingers and the thumb. Small up to 19cm, Medium up to 23cm, Large up to 26cm, Extra large up to 29cm.
