TNA-can be threaded directly, on to an existing bolt / stud / threaded rod or shaft & TBA in to threaded hole. The hardened washer rests on load bearing surface of body / machine part to protect it. Once positioned, actual tensioning is accomplished by tightening clamping screws with standard tool / torque wrench that encircle the main threads. Tightening (torquing) clamping screws which push the tensioner body away from the load bearing surface of machine part / body, to be clamped / joined. Thus the bolt, stud or threaded rod, stretching-tensioning acquired. Tightening force (torque) is also distributed due to multi clamping screws. Properly assembled TNA / TBA remain tight on equipment / machine & eliminate down time of connection / joint, due to loosening. TNA & TBA are ranging manufactured in range from M24 to M160 / 1 to 6 - Torque from 13.50Nm to 640Nm. Advantages of TNA / TBA are : Fast & easy mounting (only with hand tool/torque wrench), uniform load distribution, easy to dismantle, more effective than any other existing tightening system, much less time & manpower for mounting, requiring less space than any conventional system and are reusable, offering higher reliability and ensuring better availability.
