The bolts given in the list are manufactured at qualities of 4,6 - 5,6 - 6,8 - 8,8 - 10,9 - 12,9 and 14,9. The degrees of quality of these bolts depend on the demands of our customers. Also these products can be manufactured from various metals and alloys such as aluminum, stainless steel, brass.

In addition to the ability to produce bolts from various metals and at various qualities, Tekeliolu Bolts & Nuts Inc. is capable of analyzing the samples and technical drawings which are sent by the customers and can also manufacture bolts, nuts and special fasteners as per the orders of the customers.

As we have briefly stated before, it is a pleasure for us to help our customers in determining the type of bolt, nut or fastener they should use. In case our customers inform us about the machine or the place where the bolt, nut or fastener to be installed, we, in turn, can assist them on the suitable material selection by studying which type is the most suitable to their use. 

Our capacity of production has been increasing at the rate to make us and our customers happy since 1975. We continue to produce bolts, nuts and special fasteners progressively in an area of 17.000 m2. Special production constitutes the major part of our production range and our production capacity. We annually produce 600 tons of special fasteners, forged material and bolts by using the hot-forming method. The annual production of bolts and special fasteners by using the cold-forming method is 100 tons. We annually produce 400 tons nuts upon special orders using the cutting method which is the other method that we use.

Our technical staff cares on every detail from the beginning to the end of the production process. Our technical staff meticulously chooses the most adequate raw material after various chemical analyses depending upon the needs of the user or constructors at the first phase of the production. The adequate raw material is carefully processed with the friction (screw) presses, hydro-mechanical hammers and eccentric hammers to make bolts, nuts, and forged material and special fasteners. During the cold-forming process, the necessary process is carried out with bolt machines having 2, 3 or stations. Right after this, the product is applied to the most suitable heating process and the requested surface coating is made. The quality control follows this process. The un controlled product or the product that cannot pass the control are not put on the market.
