Douglas Machine Model VBW-1000The Douglas Machine Model VBW-1000 is designed to wash and sanitize 400# and 600# v-mags/dump buggies. Convenient, push button operation of this Douglas machine activates the door which positions the container in the wash chamber and initiates the cleaning cycle which consist of a recirculating pre-wash, recirculating wash and fresh sanitizing rinse. Douglas Machine Model VBW-1000 includes a rinse diverter to preserve the concentration of caustic detergents. An alternative Douglas Machine model, the VBW-2000, will clean two per cycle.
