Due to the hygroscopic properties of the Salt, these lamps Candleholders should not be used in damp rooms, outdoors or humidity conditions or allowed to get wet. However, if the lamps got wet, gentle warming is usually sufficient to re-dry the Rock Salt, returning it to its usual state. Switching on the lamps or lighting a candle in the candleholders should be sufficient to re-dry the Rock salt. To Clean these lamps or candleholders, Simply use a dry cloth or soft towel for wipe & care must be taken to ensure that the electrical fittings are completely dry.
