As an additional feature, a Self-Diagnostic System can be included, which allows for periodic testing of the Lamp and Emergency Control Gear. A Full Duration Test is also programmed into the Unit, allowing for a full discharge of the Battery Pack, after which normal charging will resume. Any faults found are displayed via a multi-coloured LED.
In most cases, the Battery Packs are secured within the Body by means of Pre- Fabricated 1.0 mm Galvanized Steel Battery Brackets.
