Visor facade luminaires

The Visor range includes bollard luminaires and recessed wall installations for lighting open areas and pathways. The common design feature of the Visor range is a semi-circular cover glass. As a light source, the Visor luminaires are discreet and provide high visual comfort. When installed at the correct height, Visor luminaires ensure glare-free light for passers-by or road users, as they emit almost no light above the horizontal. Only an unobtrusive refraction of light from the sculpture lens indicates that the light source is switched on. The reflector system with sculpture lens ensures an excellent illumination of outdoor areas such as public squares, courtyards, terraces, footpaths or driveways. An anti-dazzle cover for the low-voltage halogen lamps conceals the lamp from direct view. Visor luminaires fitted with compact fluorescent lamps emit a broader beam directly below, i.e. from the mounting surface, making them ideal for pathway lighting.The system design of the Visor luminaires with round stainless steel cover and the semi-circular front lens provide a consistent appearance. In this way, the Visor range ensures uniform lighting concepts for outdoor areas - whether as recessed wall luminaires on the building or in open areas as bollard luminaires. The IP65 protection mode guarantees optimum protection against dust and humidity for the lamps and optical systems. The recessed wall luminaires can also be used in indoor areas, where, in addition to protection against moisture, dust-proofing is also required.
