CITIZEN LED comes with 3 main series/type, as follows:

1. Low power class (<1W) CL-824 series with SMD package
features:
- introduction of ultra compact, high-efficiency chip type package
- capable of needs-oriented flexible design
- best suited for modules in need of illuminance uniformity
- size 0.8x1.6x0.9 mm
- mounting reflow
- forward current 20mA and voltage 3.2V

2. Medium power class (3W,4W,&6W) CL-L102 and CL-L251 series
CL-L102 series (3W and 6W)
features:
- luminous efficiency 104 lm/W
- slim type linear light-emitting package
- this product is applicable to a wide variety of light source modules
- metal core PCB is not required
- size 50.0x7.0x1.9 mm
- screw mounting
- forward current 350mA (for 3W), 700mA (for 6W) and voltage 9.3V

CL-L251 series (4W and 6W)
features:
- luminous efficiency 95 lm/W
- small and high-efficiency package best suited for MR16 light source
- metal core PCB is not required
- size 13.5x13.0x1.35 mm
- screw mounting
- forward current 480mA (for 4W), 720mA (for 6W) and voltage 9.3V

3. High power class (13W) CL-L233 series
features:
- total luminous flux (white) is 1335 lm
- high power and high efficiency package
- excellently reliable package with highly efficient heat release mechanism
- size 23.0x17.5x1.4 mm
- screw mounting
- forward current 720mA and voltage 18.6V
