The numb3rgl0w system works by solar powered cells with a 9 volt battery back up. When the battery is powered, light emitting diodes of green or blue colour emit light from the bottom of a synthetically designed plaque.
The LED sequences emit light from the base through 4 mm three dimensional perspex numbering creating a glowing and highlighted effect of the numbers.
