Zero-maintenance gel cell batteries are used in all solar lighting systems, providing sufficient power to operate the system even when there are multiple days of inclement weather. The batteries are secured in a vented battery box at the top of the pole to shield the batteries from the sun, maximizing battery life and protecting the batteries from vandalism.
Our solar lighting products deliver the highest light output per watt of solar panel power. They are designed to illuminate a large area with the highest intensity of any solar solutions available. We use commercial-grade, high quality materials and components in all of our solar lighting systems. Our products meet DOT specifications and stringent wind load criteria. High-grade aluminum is used for maximum resistance to corrosion. Heavy gauge aluminum backing is used on the underside of solar panels to protect them from vandalism
