With a length of 27 cm, the extension pole serves as a replacement to the short stand in order to alter the height of the lamp and its lighting.
You can choose between a stable cast-iron base and a nickel-plated brass coating or a screw-in clip - or both at the same time, in order to use the mobile lamp in two locations (from the desk to the workstation or shelf).
