Your credit card will be credited for the price of the product, excluding shipping costs.

If the return is due to a manufacturing error, we will send you a replacement for the item and the return shipping fee will be waived. If you received the wrong item, we will send you the correct item and the return shipping fee will be waived. 

Your card will be credited once we have received and processed your return. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for a credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Item(s) must be unused with tags still attached and in the same condition as received. For gift giving purposes we do not include any prices on merchandise tags. You have 3 days to return your unused merchandise with tags intact for a refund.
