According to the different packing safety requirement and tightening force, steel strap can be divided into 3 types, average strength, high strength, and super strength.
Product performance:
According to the winding way, there are 3 reel types including single-row, shuttle, and large reel. The single reel is in same width of steel strap, the shuttle reel is 64mm or 89mm in width. The large reel is 190mm in width, suitable for 31.74mm wide steel strap.
Reel form
Frame: Fixed on the wooden or iron frame, each frame can hold 12 to 15 shuttle rolls, 20~ 44 single-row rolls, and 3~5 large rolls.
Pallets: 1ton/pallet, wrapped with kraft paper;
Package: Damp-proof wax paper as inner layer, plastic film as middle layer, and corrugated paper as outer layer.
Package conditions:
Steel strap is firm and durable, widely used in packaging of big goods such as wood, paper, cotton, machinery, steel, chemical products etc.
