CONCAST Through a combination of primary and secondary solidification, the liquid steel is cast into billets. Automation and controlled heat transfer ensures their good quality.
TMT Bars Steel for TMT bars is fully kilned in a furnace. The molten steel is void of slag with the inclusion of argon gas. The chemistry and temperature is homogenized to ensure uniform composition. The liquid steel is then tapped into the CONCAST. (Continuous Casting Machine).
