Stainless Steel Wire Ropes
Apart from high tensile wire rope, we also manufracture stainless steel wire ropes of grades, ss-304, ss-316, ss-310 generally used in the chemical plants.

Wire Ropes Cores
The main function of the cores is to serve as a seat for the strands providing sufficient support to keep them in their proper position throughout the life of the rope. There are three types of core:

Wire Rope Lay
It is mainly divided into two kinds, Lang's lay & Regular Lay. Lang's Lay ropes offers a better bearing surface when in use & can be expected to serve for a longer period than the regular life which meanwhile is more is more flexible than the Lang's lay rope & easily spliced.

Grades of Wire Ropes
It is classified according to the tensile strength of the wire, which is used in the manufacturing & according to the finish of the wire, mainly galvanised & un galavanised. The popular ranges of tensile strength are 1420-1819 N/mm2, 1570-1960 N/mm2, 1770-2150 N/mm2, 1960-2340 N/mm2.
