Bars, after being received & inspected pass by QC personnel, are placed on the material shelf based on sizes and materials.

With the use of AutoCad software (2D drawing) and SolidWork (for 3D drawing), the drawing provided by the customer can be converted into our drawing or into the drawing to be processed. In
doing so, this will be in the favor of the inspector for inspection to avoid errors and also an indicator of our ODM capability for Customers.

Calibration is conducted according to production schedules and machine numbers in preparation for spot checks and for sizes of processed products by the care-giver when in formal
production. Meantime, sizes of cutter abrasion are corrected.

Finished products needed for further processing, after finishing lathe processing, will be delivered to the processing unit for second-time processing to avoid crashes and damage of parts
resulted from transportation for commission.

After being cleaned, the finished products will be measured and inspected by QC personnel in compliance with to AQL. We are committed to work according to the specification of the drawing.
