The billets of the desired specifications is cut into sizes depending on the product dimensions and product length. The cut billets are then reheated to the desired temperature. The
heated billets are then hot rolled to final size through Roughing / Intermediate / Finishing mills. Immediate samples are taken from the cooling bed during the initial run to confirm
compliance with the desired dimensional and mechanical properties. On satisfactory achievement of best results, the rolling operations are resumed. The material on cooling is then
straightened in the Straightening Machine and are packed, tagged before despatch.
