6) The cut section has a unique resistance to corrosion: the cut section of such aluzinc coated steel sheet will generate red spots, but subsequently the coating around the cut section will start to take chemical reaction and form a compact protective film of aluzinc hydroxide and alkaline zinc chloride,etc.This film has a weak electric conductivity, and can inhibit the corrosion reaction at the cut section, and furthermore, 1.5% silicon contained in the coating layer can also promote the forming of the protective film as mentioned above.

Features of Aluzinc alloy coated steel coils:
