CTA Company engineers use innovative design technology such as Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A.) and 3D Modeling software to analyze the performance of the bellows element and supporting hardware .The method we used to test the expansion joints are Fatigue Life Test, Spring Rate Test, Hydraulic Pressure Test, Gas Tightness Test, or Sulfur Hexafluoride Test methods, as well as helium mass spectrometry and radiography.

CTA Company manufactures a wide variety of expansion joints and piping assemblies from DN6 to DN10000, and the temperatures range from 160 to 900. Pressures for these designs range from full vacuum to130 Mpa. Single-ply, multi-ply, inner sleeve, strengthen ring designs are also supplied.
