When coated, the coating 100% inverts into solid.

FBE/Double PE Powder Coating Anti-corrosion
Epoxy powder coating and PE powder coating takes electrostatic spraying technique. Inside the spraying gun, it is equipped with electrostatic generators to ensure the safety of spraying, and with spray powder regulating devices to control the coating thickness in the range of settings.
