The tubes are manufactured all according to DIN 2391 standard. The tubes enjoy high wear-resistance and concentricity. The inner and outer surface of tubes shall be smooth enough like a mirror. The additional processing work of downstream, cutting and grinding can be saved for our end users. Therefore, they are the ideal pipes for hydraulic devices and mechanical structures.
Cold Rolled Carbon Steel Tube
As per DIN 2391 standard, these are high precision and fine finish tubes.
Mechanical properties: These tubes can be bent at any angle and bear the impact of high pressure, cold bending, flaring, flatting, and tensile force without cracks and breaks, without oxidized
residual substances on either inner or outer surface of tubes. Additionally, blockage to pneumatic, hydraulic and oil routes shall never occur. The elongation rate and tensile strength are in high
standard.
