We have started ABS plastic plating. This is a decorative type of plating used in various components in motorcycle like blinker body, head lamp body etc.We are plating blinker bodies of the motorcycle and helmets for export to USA.

Carrier (Grip Frame) : This component which serves dual purpose on the vehicle. The shape of this component adds aesthetic value to the vehicle. The utility of this component is the safety of the pillion rider and carrying small bags on it. It is again a complex geometry. High accuracies are maintained during fabrication.

Leg Guard : This protects the driver's legs in case of any accident. Usually, it is with a simple geometry. But in some cases, where safety as well as aesthetics is important, geometry of the component becomes complex in nature.

Cloth Guard (Sari Guard) : In India, Sari is the routine clothing for women. This guard is fitted on the two-wheeler to protect sari from entangling in the rear wheel. Footrest for the pillion rider (especially women) is in-built in the Sari Guard. This has a complex geometry with its mounting points in 3 planar. High accuracies are maintained during fabrication.
