Precision Welded tubes

Precision Welded tubes are manufactured by the High Frequency Induction Welding process. One tube mill having capacity from 12.70mm dia to 38.10mm dia and other tube mill from 15.88mm dia to 76.20 diameter. Bright finish, CRCA and HR coils are the raw materials. The wide coil is tested for chemical and mechanical properties, slit into various required widths in the Slitting Mill and fed into the Tube Mill. The strip passes through a sequence of prealigned forming and fin rolls of high profile, hardened and tampered top and bottom rolls.
