   Different sizes of drill collar we produce are from 3 1/2" to 11", our strength is large sizes like above 9" and small sizes like below 4 3/4". Please refer to Size and Connection Page.

   We have Normal drill collars, Non-magnetic drill collars, Spiral drill collars.

  Based on API Spec.7,ZYZXDYs drill collars are made of 4145H MOD chromium molybdenum alloy steel. All threads machined with CNC Lathes Double shoulderd,including some special threads.We inspect all our drill collars to comply with API standards.These rigid inspections include visual dimensional checks as well as ultrasonic inspections over the entire body of the drill collar. All connections are phosphate-coated or copper plating to improve resistance to corrosion.
