Bending Tubes

Universal bending machines sets some boundries in tube bending process; we collapsed those boundries by designing and producing custom machines for our own. In our present production line, we can bend tubes in 3D between the radius of ?8,00 ?160,13 forions. With the help of our custom designed bending machines, we dont have any difficulties on size matters. When a tube is bent, basically two things happen. The outside wall of the tube collapses and thins out, and the inside of the tube compresses and wrinkles; By using special methods, we can obtain a flat surface on the bending area without attenuating inner and outer wall of the tubes. -7??
