API LINE PIPES

Field of application & uses: API Welded Line pipes are used in natural gas and oil pipelines and distribution systems. IIL manufactures longitudinally electric welded line pipe under license ( API 5L-0391 )in accordance to he American Petroleum Institute's Standard API Spec. 5L:2004 for the technical delivery conditions.Production Standards:Requirements complimentary to this standard can be taken into consideration in the manufacture. The dimensions of natural gas pipes are given in Standard API Spec. 5L:2004. the internal pressure determines the proper wall thickness in the pipe system. Pipes are provided with the markings agreed upon with the execution of the order. The nominal dia of Line Pipe ranges from 3/4 to 6" while length range from 6m to 12m.
