Mother tube is taken before drawing it is coated with chemical and soap one by one where as a thin layer of soap is formed on the outside and inside surface of the tube. Then it is drawn with the help of tungsten carbide die and plug to reduce diameter and thickness. Then it is solution annealed, Straightened, hydro tested, Pickled and passivated, marked properly, followed by recommended testing, before packing and dispatch.
