In 1996, we have been awarded promotional privileges by the Board of Investment of Thailand (BOI).
In 1996, we start Hot Roll steel Plate production with capacity of 300,000 MT/year.
In 2004, our capacity is expanded to 500,000 MT/year.
Anticipating such varied and rapid growing demands, SPM is designed to produce a wide range of products. The steel plate dimension is available from 6 mm 100 mm in thickness, 914 mm - 2,134 mm in width and 2,438 mm 18,288 mm in length.
 
 

Sahaviriya Plate Mill Public Company Limited or SPM is one of manufacturer located in Sahaviriya Steel Complex in Bangpakong. SPM is Thailand largest manufacturer of hot rolled steel plate with a capacity of 652,000 ton per year to serve different industries such as construction, ship building machinery making, steel tank and pipe industry. 
  SPM was established on 13th  June 1989 at Bangpakong Steel Complex, Chacheongsao Province.
