Fully automatic up-to-date equipment, conforms to requirements of Japanese production standards.
At the plant are installed two continuous lines for application polymeric coating by means of rolling technique:
- line CCL1 - line speed 80 m/min
- line CCL2 - line speed 120 m/min
Technical specifications of finished product:
- thickness: 0,2mm-1,2mm
- width: 600mm-1250mm
Total annual production: > 200 thousand tons of paint-coated steel (for coiled steel width - 1250mm, and thickness - 0,5mm).
