We are a manufacturer with special treatment on the surface of metallic materials-----the designed annual output volume is 150,000 tons of Chrome-free electro-galvanized coils/plates with AFP(anti-fingerprint)coating;-----qualified by ISO9001:2000;Type&specification of products:A, raw materials: CQ, DQ, DDQ, EDDQ etc.B, galvanizing layer:5g/m2--40g/m2C, thickness of AFP(anti-fingerprint) coating film:1--3um;D, color of AFP coating film: More than 20 kinds of colors including natural gray, sky-blue, pink, orange, grass-green, etc;E, AFP coating material is chrome-free anti-fingerprint coating liquid.F, size of products:0.3--2.0mm X 800-1520mm x C;G, features of chrome-free fingerprint resistant coat:---dry film:1.3g--1.5g/m2---colorless, transparent&bright, color is optional;---good plasticity(good adhesion upon bending), low friction coefficient, having self-lubrication effect upon drawing;--having long time corrosion resistance and fingerprint resistance without painting;Providing sufficient bond for future dust or liquid painting;---steel plate coated with AFP paint could be deeply punched without adding lubricant;---no effusion of harmful substance during welding and therefore no influence to operator's health;---be benefil for recovery of steel plate, environmental protection.If you have any request, pls contact with us now.
