Hot-rolled steel coil are steel strips made by rough mills and finishing mills with the heated raw material of plate blanks (mainly continuously cast bloom). The hot steel strip from the last finishing mill is cooled to the preset temperature by laminar flow, and then made into a strip coil by a coiler; the cooled strip coil of steel is machined into steel plates, skin pass coils and slitting steel strips by various finishing lines (leveling up, straightening, cross cutting or longitudinal cutting, checking up, weighting, packing and marking) according to users' requirements.
