Two types (Ordinary by and Lang's lay)are in the wire rope lay. Ordinary lay rope has higher resistance to crushing and is easy to handing and working such as sling and eye because of hegh flexibility. Lang's lay rope has higher resistance to wear and is more durable than ordinary lay.
