he Factory produces steel wire with 0,8-6,0 mm diameter for different purposes of the following main types:

  steel deformed wire;
  *

  steel low carbon wire for different purposes;
  *

  steel welding wire.

Steel deformed cold-drawn wire from low carbon steel BP500:

wire is used in different branches of industry including production of reinforced concrete frames;

  wire is made with 3,0 mm, 4,0 mm, 5,0 mm and 6,0 mm diameter according to TU U 27.3-33900234-003:2007. Specification is worked out in complience with GOST 6727 and DIN 488 requirements;

wire is delivered in coils per 800-1000 kg.

We produce low carbon steel wire of general quality made out of SV-08, SV-08A, St.0, St.1, St 2, St.3 (foreign analog is SAE 1006- SAE 1012) steel grades according to GOST 3282-74 of all degrees of deoxidation and 1.6-6.0 mm round welding wire made of, grades according to GOST 2246-70. Wires made out of St.0, St.1, St.2, St.3, grades are used for nail production, fence, and production packing. Tensile strength is 690-930 N/mm2 . Wire is supplied in 80-1000 kg coils. Coils are packed in thermocontractable film.

Wire of Sv-08, Sv-08A grades are used for production of welding electrodes. General purpose wire and welding wire are certified by UkrSEPRO.

Heat-treated low-carbon steel wire used for general purpose is produced according to Gost 3282-74.Only dia1.6-6.0mm heat-treated black wire(dark surface with scale) can be produced by factory's equipment.
