Elevator wire rope

     In the process of production,elevator wire rope are special.Firstly, the core is assial core with perfect lubrication. Secondly,there are two different strength on the rope. Inner side are 1770N/mm2,outer is 1370N/mm2. This is very important to manufacture.Because outer wires should be more soft to resist the frequently lifting. Inner should be more hard to ensure the breaking load. Finally,this wire rope should be pre-stretch.In the using of wire rope,the wire rope will be itself prolong,to prevent it,the wire rope should be pre-stretched.
