The wires are oiled and packed with polythene and Hessian.

PACKING : The spring washer wire are supplied in coils of450 / 500 mm ID with coil weight of 40 to 150Kgs. Depending on the sizes.  The weight can be adjusted to meet specific customers requirement. 

The rectangular / Trapezoidal wires can be manufactured witha maximum ratio of 4: 1 between width and thickness.

The wires are supplied in drawn finish.  Annealed finish wires can also be supplied onspecial customers requirement.

The wires are custom built for the taper required.

These wires are shaped wires in square, Rectangular ofTrapezoidal section manufactured from High Carbon Steel generally conforming toEN 42 B / EN 42 J / .60 - .80 Cgrade.
