BEARING WIRE

PACKING : The finished drawn wires are dipped in rustpreventive oil, securely bound at four places and wrapped with Polythene andHessian / HDPE.

All properties like Hardness.  Tensile strength, Size tolerance, coil weightetc. are maintained as per customers specification.

Microstructure :Uniformaly distributed fine carbide globules inferrite matrix i.e. spherodized annealed.

Grade : EN31 / SAE 52100 (Carbon 0.98 1.10 % and Chromium1.30 1.60 %)

APPLICATION : Used in manufacturing Balls.  Rollers, Taper rollers, Cylindrical rollersand needles etc. made out from EN31 / SAE 52100.

These are supplied in coils with Phosphated coating to facilitate cold heading operation
