The zinc castings offered are best for high volume, net-shaped, tight tolerance metal component manufacturing. Zinc being the easiest alloy to cast, offers high ductility and good impact strength. It can also be easily plated. Thus making Zinc castings economical for small parts like building hardware, buttons and luggage fittings, electrical switchgear parts and decorative artware. Making the best utilizationj of our facility we cast all the primary zinc alloys used in casting such as Zamak3, Zamak 5 etc.

We have the ability to develop prototypes and full fledged multiple cavity tool by making use of in-house CNC's and conventional machines. Along withy these our CAD/CAM facilities leverage us to develop samples within no time and to stabilize production as soon as approval is received. Along with casting, we also machine components using CNC and this enables us to supply fully finished product as per customer specification.
