Density Nozzle:Hot pressure sintered boron carbide ceramic material, an up-and-coming material instead of hard alloy and alumina ceramic material has been used in grit blasting with the largest amount. Nozzle made of alumina ceramic is cheaper, but its hardness is low and wearable performance is of a sort so it is only used in the case of small grit blasting working load. In practice, hot pressure sintered boron carbide ceramic nozzle is 4-7 times than alumina ceramic in service life, so it is widely used for sandblaster operated by hand with requirement of long service life and water jet cutting contained abrasive with requirement of little changing in hole size. |
