than 10kg pressed and cast zincate pieces, no more than 80kg and mould foundry aluminum
pieces and no more than 2kg mold forge pieces. It also can provide whole
services of gravity casting, pressing and casting, technics analysis for forged
and pressed pieces, mold designing and manufacturing and machining for casting.

Gravity casting for alnico pieces, pressing and casting for metal pieces, gravity
casting for zincate pieces, cast iron and alnico shell foundry and sand foundry,
freedom forging, mould forging. Gravity casting for alnico pieces and metal pieces
is first-class in our province from scope to technical power. Casting iron
can produce all types of gray iron and ball iron pieces. Gravity casting for alnico
pieces has introduced into a set of 160MT and a set of 280MT die-casting Machine
from Hongkou Lijin. There are American BAIRD instrument for special analysis
and German MCMS654 instrument of three coordinates measurement and other instruments
for analysis. There is domestic first-class equipment for alnico quenching
timing cleaning surface.
