The raw material is elaborately picked and refined from all over the China for the products. After particle-building processing then shaped by 15000mt or 6000mt cold isostatic compacting presses, finally the products are detected by X-ray crack-explorer.
Main components is Al2O3-ZrO2-C and Al2O3-ZrO2-MgO-C etc.
Products include long nozzle, submerged nozzle, tundish nozzle, and monolithic stopper rod for continuous casting process in steel making plants.
