CHEMICAL ANALYSIS

Through gunning machine at a steady air pressure of 20-25 lbs with extended double bubble rubber nozzle,  water pressure just the double as a thump rule and can be adjusted by nozzle-man. Once the castable lining sets, it has to be cured naturally, as far as possible up to 24 hours, before drying as per the schedule.

APPLICATION METHOD

This is a general purpose castable and can be used in all the areas where the refractory lining is not exposed to more than 1600 ⁰ C, mechanical impact and abrasion etc. This is used in Gas ducts, boilers, Pre heaters in Cement plants, doors, cooler walls above clinker movement etc, In short, this castable can be used in all the places where 50-60 % Alumina bricks are used. For temporary repair & Patch work also this can be used.

AREA OF APPLICATION

SRI CAST AH 60G consists of calcined clay, Calcined Bauxite & High Purity, high Alumina Cement. This castable has high Refractoriness, good strength and very good thermal shock resistance. Granulometry of this Castable is designed to suit patch work also.
