The moulding process is rather diversified, and depends on the design, complexity, weight and accuracy of the castings. Therefore we have sand compactors for hand moulding, employing green, CO2, no bake & oil sand, shell moulding systems enabling to meet broad range of requirement in quality as well as in quantity.

Production

Dimensional inspection of castings right from pattern stage through first sample to final stage inspection before dispatch is carried out. Castings and patterns are measured by various dimensional measuring instruments including Surface Plate.

Chemical analysis and mechanical properties inspections are carried out by non-destructive tests which includes Liquid-penetrant Test, Magnetic Particle Inspection and D.P.Testing
